How does annual billing work?
Pro and Business are billed once per year. You receive a license key to activate in WordPress.
What is your refund policy?
See Refund Policy. Refund window: 14 days from purchase unless otherwise stated.
One license per website?
Each WordPress site URL needs its own activation. Pro allows up to 5 sites; Business is unlimited.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Purchase the higher plan and activate the new key. Contact support for downgrade timing on unused term.
What happens when the license expires?
Premium features lock; Starter limits still apply. Renew and reactivate to restore Pro/Business features.
