- Plugin code is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later (GPL). See GPL License.
- Pro and Business features require a valid commercial license key per site. The commercial license grants use of premium functionality; it does not remove GPL obligations for the underlying code you receive.

3. Acceptable use

- Comply with Meta Platform Terms and Instagram API policies
- Use official OAuth and Graph API only (no scraping outside API terms)
- Not redistribute license keys or circumvent plan limits
- Not use the plugin for unlawful, infringing, or abusive purposes

4. Accounts and licenses
- Licenses are activated per WordPress site URL unless your plan allows multiple sites (Pro: up to 5; Business: unlimited).
- You are responsible for securing your WordPress admin and license key.
- We may suspend licenses for fraud, chargebacks, or Terms violations.

5. Payments
Paid plans are processed via Razorpay (or designated checkout). Prices are listed on Pricing. Taxes may apply per your jurisdiction.

6. Support and availability
We strive for reliable hosted APIs (license validation, OAuth proxy) but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support levels depend on your plan (Help).

7. Disclaimer of warranties
THE PLUGIN AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

8. Limitation of liability
