Refund window

- You have not successfully activated the license on more than the allowed number of sites for your plan, or
- The plugin does not work on your supported WordPress/PHP environment and our support cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time.

How to request a refund

- Order ID / payment reference (Razorpay)
- License key (if issued)
- Site URL
- Reason for the request
We respond within 5 business days.

Non-refundable cases
Refunds may be denied if:

- The license was abused (sharing keys, exceeding site limits)
- The issue is caused by third-party themes, conflicting plugins, or Meta API restrictions outside our control
- You requested a chargeback without contacting us first

Partial refunds / downgrades
Downgrades do not automatically prorate unused time unless stated in writing for your order.
